Forklift parts maintenance kit details and replacement cycle

According to different working hours of the forklift, the replacement and cycle details of the maintenance package are as follows:

1, the new car maintenance cycle is 100 hours, replacement and oil, oil filter, diesel car filter, air filter. Check the lubricating oil of each department of the enterprise, such as door frame, chain, inclined cylinder, door frame tile, steering bridge, etc. During cleaning the engine can lubricate the management system and change the use of lubricating oil.

2. Replace the oil, oil filter, diesel filter and air filter after the forklift working time reaches 400 hours. Check each lubricating oil, clean the engine lubrication system, and replace the lubricating oil.

If the forklift working time reaches 700 hours, it is a cycle. Replace the oil, oil filter, diesel filter, air filter and other parts: grease the door frame, chain, tilt cylinder, door frame tile, steering shaft, clean the front and rear wheel bearings. Lubricate according to the lubrication table.

4, forklift working time to 1000 hours for a maintenance cycle, replacement of oil, oil filter, diesel filter, air filter, gear oil, transmission oil, transmission filter, hydraulic oil. Check lubricating oil, clean engine lubrication system, change lubricating oil.

5. After the forklift working time reaches 1400 hours, it is a cycle. Replace the oil, oil filter, diesel filter and air filter. Check all parts of the lubricating oil, clean the engine lubrication system, replace the lubricating oil.
